Welcome to Arrow Dive Club
Arrow Dive Club (prior Alhambra Dive Club) is a nonprofit
competitive springboard diving team chartered through U.S.
Diving. The diving program is to combine both Chinese and
USA diving techniques with major emphasis being placed on
building fundamentals skills and diving safety.
Congratulation our Novice Champions
Isabelle
is a
9 year old novice diver who dove against a total of
17 divers in the 9 under girls group. She took first place
in the Novice Champions in the SPA Championships at Rose
Bowl Aquatic Center last weekend (May 9, 10).

Suen, Ivan Ip, Cristain Herrera and Calvin Luu.
Learn To Dive Lesson
The
Learn to Dive Lesson Program offered by the City of El
Monte, is for the community to enjoy the sport of diving
while at the same time provide an opportunity for children
to improve their physical conditioning, mental toughness,
and self-esteem through this sport. This program offers to
teach basic diving skills such as body balance, spatial
awareness, and water entry as well as the fundamental

Free Try out
The Arrow Dive Club is looking for
some talented divers. If you have a background in sports,
such as Gymnastic or Ballet....etc. Please contact coach Li
to making appointment and arrange a free try out.
Date: Saturday 10am to 11pm.
Required: Ages 5-14 years old,
able to swim in the deep water area.
