Arrow Dive Club began in 2001 Summer under the direction of Deliang Li and is supported by the City of El Monte Olympic Aquatic Center.
SPRING BOARD DIVING LESSON - This program is to offer the opportunity for our community to enjoy the sport of diving. The training program emphasizes on the areas of conditioning from try land, building confidence, and self-esteem in coping with fears in learning new skills and dive off the higher level of board. Spring Board Diving Lesson Program teaches successful basic skill progressions of body balance, strength, spatial awareness and entering into the water correctly for diving and most importantly, the safety of diving for all ages.

Novice Diver - Athletes who have completed our Spring Board lesson program are invited to join our novice/intermediate diving program. The ADC Novice program is designed to prepare our athletes for future High School and Junior Olympic competitions.
Junior Olympic Team - Divers who demonstrate an ability to be competitive at the regional and national level will be invited to join our Junior Olympic Traveling Team. The Junior Olympic (JO) Team is an elite group of athletes that are focused on representing the El Monte Aquatic Center - Arrow Dive Club on the National Diving circuit.
High School Divers -Thinking about diving for your High School Team? Why stop diving after the high school season? The Arrow Dive Club offers year round training for high school athletes who wish to continue honing their skills and possibly compete at the collegiate and national level. Sports scholarships and opportunities are available for divers......
Membership - All Novice and JO team members will register with US Diving (the National and Olympic association for diving). With your membership to US Diving, you will receive the US Diving magazine. It also gives you an opportunity to participate in any US Diving sanctioned competitions.
